are you a medical professional that's interestedin blogging? well, here's a little introduction for you to get you starrted.to my subscribers, i need to apologize for not being able to post for the past 2 months,i have been focusing on a lot of very important stuffs.one of which is my blog which is publichealthresources.blogspot.com phr is actually a monetization experimentwherein i tried to make money out of things
how to make a website for free , or information that i really really know asa public health officer. if you might remember from my previous videos,i did mention another blog called zeromd.wordpress.com i started the blog zeromd way back 2009 andiwas able to achieve moderate success in terms of viewership.however, i wasn't able to make a single cent
out of it.so with the help of google adsense, i decided to make a new blog and forcus on a specificmedical niche, which is public health information and thus phr was born.and it is here that i have been focusing my attention on for the past 2 months.a blog is a website that has more of a personal touch.the posts are made by you and you write your views about a certain topic or you want toteach other people things that you really really know and that they are really interestedin doing. it doesn't matter what you write on your blog.somebody, somewhere on this planet will read what you wrote on that post.and the best part is, they will interact with
it.they will either like it, not like it, or be undecided.now, if you're a doctor like me and you want to start blogging. well, i suggest go rightahead. just remember 3 things:1. it takes time to get viewership. don't worry about seo.or a way to trick google to promote your new blog instantly.you just need to write great content day after day and eventually that great content willbe the drive to invite other people to read your blog.number 2 is to make sure you share your posts. nowadays, there's a big probability that youare in a social network like facebook, google+,
or twitter.your followers there are your base of followers. it is through them that your posts will bespread through word of mouth. and it is through them that your first successas a blogger can be found. number 3 is do not write bad stuff about acertain person or a certain brand out of anger. the repercussions of a rant can be devastatingfor you and your blog. you have to remember that the rules in printmedia, in publishing, and also in the web are also the same.you have to respect the boundaries. you have to respect the responsibilityyou can write about anything, about anyone. however, you need to take a certain precautionbefore you etch those words in stone in what
