when a ribbon appears from behind, we take it and pull it a little, so that the line is straight. we take another piece of satin ribbon, flip the piece of tulle, and sew on the other side as well. that is how it should look like we also sew all the prepared parts together... after sewing, there are two options... first option, you can tie the knots on each side, and you will get this kind of work piece... the second option is to tie the threads together to get a circle from the satin ribbon in this way, the individual parts of the skirt will not be put one on other. we process all the parts this way...
step 5: putting the skirt together. we put a waistband for a skirt on a mannequin. the mannequin is better to "dress", so that the waistband does not slip. instead of a mannequin, you can use a large five-liter bottle, beforehand putting on it a stocking. now we put pieces of the skirt together. before you fold a piece of tulle in half, you need to "twist" it inside of the folding... the holes on the waistband are threaded from top to down at the bottom you will have a loop, we thread a piece of tulle into it. it will be easier to assemble the skirt with vertical rows from the bottom to the top, moving from left to right. rotate the colors of tulle as you wish... make sure that the ends are the same length...
